This event try to show the potential of some discards and species that aren´t well known by the consumers.
5 succeded young portuguese Chefs were challenged to create some exquisit plats with discards and fish species with low comercial value. The event was a succes, and was presented at Hotel Bela Vista, on the 13th, and on board of 2 T&C fishing and aquaculture vessels, on Portimão harbour, on the 14th. see annex
